C.H.T.Services (CHTS) is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), Physical Therapists (PT), and Occupational Therapists (OT) to fill part time-positions throughout the five boroughs.

We invite you to join a team of dedicated professionals committed to using professional knowledge, skills, and abilities through appropriate continuing education, in order to help children and adults with different developmental disorders: discover the world around them, learn daily living skills, and be more active participants in their communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

Provide skilled assessments and develop a plan of care specific to client's needs.

Educate and instruct clients, family members, and/or other caregivers in activities necessary to promote the client's health, well-being, and independent living.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have NYS License:

Speech Language Pathologist(SLP)

Occupational Therapist(OT)

Physical Therapist(PT)
